Men get your physical check up

Once a year all men should get their physical check up. You should check for everything. Get your blood work. Let the doctor check your heart, your lungs, your cholesterol, your blood pressure and also for diabetes. You all have to be careful of everything in your lives. I cannot encourage you enough. A lot of times, some men are very over weight. You have to exercise. You have to loose this weight because you don't want to be unhealthy. The more weight you have on your body can lead to an heart attack about three hundred pounds are more. Some men don't have all that weight, but are still succumbing to this heart disease. Please, please get your check up and be safe. You have to get a physical first before starting an exercise regime.
