Walking pneumonia is an infectious disease cause by infiltrates. It is a respiratory infection.The fact that it is call walking pneumonia is because a person may not know he has the infection. One of the main cause is the bacteria mycoplasma. This infectious disease is usually spread from a person to person through droplets of sneezing and coughing. There are basically three symptoms which are coughing, fever and fatigue.
