When sickness falls on our loved ones, we have to take care of them, and comfort them. We have to help them and spent time with them. We need each other in times of sickness, mishap, and sadness.
No one wants to be sick. We have to pray for each other and ask God for His mercies. Its important to get your check-up early.
James 5 verses 14-16
"Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."
Matthew 8 verse 17
"That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES, AND BARE OUR SICKNESSES."
In order for this to happen, you must be born again (baptized).
