I love to eat healthy with a lot of vegetables, fruits and drink a lot of water. You have to eat correctly and watch your diet. You can watch what you eat by making changes to your diet and your exercise patterns. You must always get a physical before starting an exercise regiment. You have the opportunity to change your life around by protecting your health by quitting smoking, losing about 20-30 pounds and taking control of "high blood pressure"," diabetes", "heart disease", or any chronic disease under control. You have to change your lifestyle to enhance a better way of living for yourself and your family. If you work out and eat right you will feel better and will sleep better.
Do you have a healthy regiment that you live by?
Can you share your health choices?
Can you give an opinion of what is good to eat?
"About 34 percent of people with high mental well being ate five or more servings of fruit and vegetables a day."
edit changes I am encouraging all men to get your check up / this blog is not suppose to be under school lunch.

A poem "50-50"
I was reading about poems the other day and I enjoyed reading this poem, "50-50" by Langston Hughes.
"I'm all alone in this world, she said
Ain't got nobody to share my bed,
Ain't got nobody to hold my hand-
The truth of the matter's
I ain't got no man
Big boy opened his mouth and said,
Trouble with you is
you ain't got no head!
If you had a head and used your mind
you could have me with you
All the time
She answered, Babe, What must I do?
He said, share your bed-
and your money, too."
What do you think of this poem, give your opinion?
